You can request deletion of your Clever Coach Club account and the data associated with it. There are two ways to do this — both result in the same outcome.
If you can sign in to the app or website:
Deletion is immediate. You will be signed out and your data will be removed as described below.
If you can no longer sign in (forgotten password, deleted the app, or you never created a working account), email us from the address tied to your account:

We will action requests within 30 days, normally within 72 hours. We may email you back to verify your identity before deleting.
When we action a deletion request we permanently remove:
A small amount of information is retained for the periods below because we are legally required to keep it or because it is needed to protect the platform from abuse:
The retained data does not include any of the personal-profile or workout content listed in the previous section.
Deletion does not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through Apple or Google. To stop future charges, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID / Google Play account before requesting deletion. Subscriptions paid via Stripe on the website are cancelled as part of the deletion process.
